- As a member of the management team of the Zurich-Mülligen Letter Centre, you directly lead around 19 team leaders / sub-managers and indirectly around 180 employees.
- Together with your management team, you are responsible for the provision of services and a smooth and efficient processing of letters, packages, advertisements, newspapers and small goods.

- You are responsible for the optimal handling of the processing processes and ensure the high quality standards in the set-up and process organization.
- You monitor and control the process key figures and make the necessary decisions in particular to optimize efficiency and quality.
- You drive change within the organization and promote cooperation, the exchange of experience and the further development of employees.
- Within your company organization, you ensure the flow of information and are responsible for occupational safety and health protection.
- You work on internal projects and working groups and take over the management of specific projects if necessary. You bring that with you
- You have several years of management experience in a larger organization (>100 employees) and are familiar with logistics, production or industrial environments.
- With your higher degree in business administration and/or logistics/supply chain management, you network topics skillfully and develop them conceptually.
- In personnel challenges, you act decisively, actively address topics and lead them to sustainable solutions.
- You lead in a motivating and solution-oriented manner and promote the further development of your employees even in demanding situations.
- You actively control change processes and create orientation and meaning.
