- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition sowie in einer leitenden Funktion im Transportwesen
Main responsibilities
- Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Leitung des nationalen und internationalen Transportgeschäfts
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Disposition, Transportadministration sowie Fahrpersonal
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Einsatz- und Routenplanung inkl. Personal- und Fahrzeugdisposition
- Kalkulation von Transportpreisen sowie Erstellung und Nachkalkulation von Offerten
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (z. IT, Betrieb)
- Betreuung von Kunden und Partnern sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Verantwortung für Personalthemen wie Einsatzplanung, Mitarbeitergespräche, Rekrutierung und Ausbildung
- Überwachung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben im Transportbereich
- Mitwirkung in internen Sitzungen sowie aktive Kommunikation mit der Geschäftsleitung
Key requirements
