- Du bringst mindestens 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Führungsverantwortung mit.
Key requirements
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (EFZ oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss), idealerweise in den Bereichen Dienstleistung, Bau oder Technik.
- Du bringst mindestens 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Führungsverantwortung mit.
- Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung in der professionellen Reinigung, im Facility Management oder im Dienstleistungssektor.
- Du kennst das Schweizer Arbeitsgesetz sowie den Gesamtarbeitsvertrag (GAV) der Reinigungsbranche und kannst dieses Wissen sicher anwenden.
- Du überzeugst mit Führungsstärke, Organisationstalent und einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Du arbeitest kunden-, lösungs- und ergebnisorientiert.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Französischkenntnisse; weitere Landessprachen sind ein Plus.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick sowie die richtigen Prioritäten.

- You are familiar with the Swiss labour law and the general employment contract (GAV) of the cleaning industry and can safely apply this knowledge.
- You are well-versed in dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications.
- You have very good oral and written knowledge of French;
- Other national languages are a plus.
