To complement our operating room positioning team, we are looking for a role as of June 1, 2026 or by appointment: • Independent preparation of all required materials for upcoming operations • Professional patient positioning, taking safety and efficiency into account • Care of patients during the awake phase in the operating room • Support with pre- and postoperative activities in the operating room • Close cooperation with anesthesia, surgery and the entire operating team • Operation and control of medical-technical equipment • Shared responsibility for a constructive and appreciative working environment Requirements: • Several years of experience in the surgical field as well as completed further training in operating room positions • Sound knowledge of operating room hygiene and its consistent application • High commitment, resilience, quick comprehension and strong team spirit • Appreciative and sensitive interaction with patients We offer: • Collegial, appreciative working atmosphere in a professional surgical team • Work in a state-of-the-art orthopedic clinic with innovative technology • Support with internal and external matters Further training (workshops, courses, symposiums) • Flex bonus payouts for overtime • 20% discount at Balgrist Apotheke AG • Min.
