Tasks

Responsibility for the coordinated control of the perioperative processes as well as the optimal integration of emergency patients into the ongoing operation
Management and moderation of the daily surgical report to ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient resource planning
Close coordination and cooperation with relevant interdisciplinary interfaces to ensure efficient and patient-oriented operation
Co-responsibility for short- and medium-term operational planning taking into account medical, human and infrastructure requirements
Ensuring compliance with the surgical regulations (surgical regulations) and collecting and preparing relevant key figures and data to support reporting and continuous process optimization Requirements
Medical education (FH level or adequate training) or comparable qualification
Further training in surgical management is advantageous
Several years of professional experience in operation
