In the spring of 2021, the new residential and care centre Tertianum Giessenturm in Dübendorf opened its doors. The imposing high-rise is located in an urban location and is part of the Giessen area. There are 80 modern apartments for senior citizens and 60 rooms in the care department. Amenities also include a public bistro, physical therapy, massage and a coffee shop.

Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH/DNII 60% to 100%
Their tasks
- Holistic care and care of guests in the sense of our care mission statement and the care process
- Assumption of tasks as a caregiver
- Responsibility and control of the care process of the assigned guests including the care needs classification RAI
- Electronic care documentation through CareCoach
- Planning and support of medical visits
- Assumption of daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
- Management of case meetings and nursing reports
- Assuming tasks as a topic carrier in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality
Your profile
- Completed training for/for dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognised by the SRC
- Professional experience in long-term care is beneficial
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoying multiple challenges
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
