Our focus is on developing B2B offerings that our customers use in dialogue with their end customers and internally. Since we work with banking data, reliability, quality and compliance are very important to us. In your new role, you support the efficient and secure operation of our platform. You take on essential tasks in testing and are the contact for monitoring the quality of our services. In addition, contract management is responsible and continuously develops our processes for the standardization of contract documents. • Performing manual system and acceptance tests (UAT) including documentation of test results and tracking of troubleshooting until successful completion
• Further development of test strategies and test processes, development of suitable test data and coordination of test activities
• Responsibility for the measurement, analysis and reporting of quality indicators (KPIs)
• Maintenance and ongoing updating of the contract inventory with ensuring full contract entry
• Monitoring of contract terms, notice periods and agreed obligations as well as timely triggering of review processes
• Management and updating of standard contracts and templates in coordination with the team as well as ensuring the use of the current versions |
• Several years of experience in IT operations, test management and/or quality management, preferably with appropriate further training
• Strong analytical skills, structured working and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, independent and resilient personality with high quality standards
