Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the professional, organizational and personnel management of neurorehabilitation
- Further development of the Lengg Clinic in cooperation with epileptology in the sense of a competence center for neurology with a high-quality medical-therapeutic offer
- Promotion and development of the interdisciplinary team
- Creating an open, team-oriented culture of collaboration
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist areas and service providers as well as active referral management and close cooperation with referring doctors and institutions.
- Active participation and implementation of the strategic goals as a member of the management of Klinik Lengg.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial, innovative leader with pleasure in interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation
- Specialist title Neurology (FMH) or equivalent
- Several years of experience as a cadre physician in neurorehabilitation and/or inpatient neurology, including treatment of complex neurological diseases
- Proven clinical expertise in the areas of movement disorders (especially Parkinson's disease and tremor) and brain stroke treatment (acute phase and rehabilitation)
- Scientific interest, publications in relevant peer-reviewed journals. Ideally habilitated or shortly before habilitation maturity with interest in the continuation of scientific activity.
- Networked, solution-oriented and business thinking and acting
