- We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Motor Fleet Underwriter to join our Mid Market Underwriting team.
- In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Mid Market Motor Fleet business, delivering sustainable and profitable growth through strong underwriting discipline and broker relationships.
- You'll assess risks, negotiate terms and pricing, and provide tailored insurance solutions that meet our customers' needs while supporting our business objectives.
- Whilst Motor Fleet will be your primary area of expertise, we're also looking for someone who is keen to broaden their underwriting knowledge and contribute to wider underwriting discussions and initiatives across the Mid Market portfolio.
- Working closely with brokers and internal colleagues, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service, maintaining underwriting standards and driving profitable outcomes.
