Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a diverse, high-performing modelling team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a diverse, high-performing modelling team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Develop, maintain, and run Life & Health valuation models across US, Canada, and Latin America , as well as disability models for Australia , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives
Drive financial reporting excellence across US Statutory, IFRS and local statutory reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance and consistency across all regions
Design and implement future-ready modelling solutions , anticipating business needs and regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions
Manage strategic relationships with external modelling and technology vendors , ensuring solutions meet business needs, deliver value, and support the long-term evolution of the modelling ecosystem
Collaborate cross-functionally with Swiss Re's actuarial, finance, and technology teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end modelling capabilities
Manage model governance, validation, and documentation standards, ensuring models are robust, accurate, fit for purpose, and supported by transparent, auditable processes.
Navigate ambiguity and complexity with confidence, providing clear direction and pragmatic solutions in a rapidly evolving, multi-regional landscape
Engage senior stakeholders , communicating complex modelling concepts and results in a clear, compelling, and accessible manner

Experience working in a global or matrixed organization , navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across geographies
The position will be located in our Fort Wayne, IN or Armonk, NY office.
Our company uses a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the office each week, with the option to work onsite full-time if preferred.
This position is not eligible for full-time telework or relocation assistance.
For Fort Wayne, the estimated base salary range for this position is $146,000 to $244,000.
For Armonk, the estimated base salary range for this position is $154,000 to $256,000.
The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
