- Lead and inspire a diverse, high-performing modelling team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Develop, maintain, and run Life & Health valuation models across US, Canada, and Latin America , as well as disability models for Australia , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives
- Drive financial reporting excellence across US Statutory, IFRS and local statutory reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance and consistency across all regions
- Design and implement future-ready modelling solutions , anticipating business needs and regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage strategic relationships with external modelling and technology vendors , ensuring solutions meet business needs, deliver value, and support the long-term evolution of the modelling ecosystem
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Swiss Re's actuarial, finance, and technology teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end modelling capabilities
- Manage model governance, validation, and documentation standards, ensuring models are robust, accurate, fit for purpose, and supported by transparent, auditable processes.
- Navigate ambiguity and complexity with confidence, providing clear direction and pragmatic solutions in a rapidly evolving, multi-regional landscape
- Engage senior stakeholders , communicating complex modelling concepts and results in a clear, compelling, and accessible manner

- For Armonk, the estimated base salary range for this position is $154,000 to $256,000.
