• Employee/Servicepoint Facility Management (70%) By agreement Apply now As the first point of contact in Limmi, the service point performs a central hub function: you advise personally, by phone and e-mail, coordinate access, mobility, keys, rooms and infrastructure and ensure a smooth everyday operation in close cooperation with internal interfaces. Here they engage
• responsible for internal and external customer concerns in the area of the service point
• in the management of the access system (assign access profiles, issue badge, data maintenance)
• in the mobility concept (assignment of parking profiles and bus services)
• in the management of wardrobes
• in the implementation of signalling in everyday operations (e.g. door signs)
• in the coordination and management of meeting rooms for internal and external customers
• in organizing and managing the media administration and the administrative archive
• If necessary, cooperation in the area of reception/phone exchange
• Representing the Head of Staff House in their absence
• have completed basic training in the commercial sector or in facility management
• already have professional experience and/or further education preferably in the health care sector
• have a high level of social competence with pronounced service and service behavior, assertiveness and pleasure in dealing with different people
• already have experience in the application and support of relevant operational applications such as Kaba Exos, Navision, PEP, Maximo
• have an independent and exact working method and the ability to keep a cool head and prioritize work in demanding phases
• Have a networked mindset and technical affinity
• are a strong communication personality, perform professionally and possess a stylish German in word and writing
