Main responsibilities
- With your expertise, you supervise and advise our branches in the areas of bread & baked goods and home consumption competently and practically.
- You support ensuring professional layout, visual merchandising and space management in the stores.
- You securely support goal achievement in management (stock maintenance, availability of goods, freshness, orders, turnover and losses).
- You ensure that our concepts for product range and presentation are successfully, consistently and sustainably implemented and continuously developed.
- The professional education and training of our specialist and team leaders is in your hands.
- You impart knowledge with enthusiasm and high practical relevance.
- You support the planning and design of new openings and conversions in our stores and thus contribute to a convincing appearance at the point of sale.
- You actively participate in projects, contribute your expertise and provide important impulses. Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of professional experience: in marketing or retail environment
- Completed basic or further training: in the area of retail trade, as a baker, as a cook / cook or similar; further training as a federal administrator.
