With your voice you save life - day after day! To expand our team, we are looking for competent and motivated reinforcement as of 1 February 2027 or by agreement.
Tasks
- As a medical specialist ELZ, you are responsible for the initial assessment and prioritization of emergency calls 144 and 118. Your medical expertise as well as a high customer and solution orientation are very important.
- As an initial part of the rescue chain, you lead and empower people in distress on the phone until the rescue workers arrive on site – from the instructions for a resuscitation, to instructions for evacuation and the accompaniment of a birth.
- You organize relocation transports, switch hazard alarm systems, provide medical emergency services, first responders, the emergency chaplain and much more in the 24/7 shift service.
Profile
- Completion as a dipl. Rescue paramedic HF, transport paramedic with Federal FA, dipl. Nursing specialist HF or medical assistant EFZ with experience in emergency medicine
- Experience in initial assessment and care of emergency patients
- Rapid comprehension, situational decision-making, resilience and willingness to learn
- Flawless written and oral expression in German and Swiss dialect as well as knowledge of mind. second national language and/or English
- Computer science affinity and geography knowledge in the planning area of the operational control centre (canton Schaffhausen, Schwyz, Zug and Zurich)

Intervention and prevention units protect and save people, animals, property and the environment around the clock in the city of Zurich, at Zurich Airport and in the agglomeration.
