For our Ambulatorium Uster in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, which is co-directed by senior physicians and psychological practitioners, we are looking for an

Their tasks
- Ensuring competent and high-quality patient care in the assigned area
- Senior Medical Director and Professional Leadership of the Interprofessional Team
- Active participation and further development of the clinical offer
- Implementation of fallup visions and student teaching as well as participation in internal further education and training
- Participation in internal and cross-sectoral projects and in specialised committees
- Participation in the outpatient and inpatient medical background service of child and adolescent psychiatry
- Specialist title for child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy; for foreign diplomas mandatory with MEBEKO recognition including language entry German
- Completed therapy training in a recognised therapy direction
- Interest in clinical focus formation as well as teaching and further education tasks
- Leadership experience and corresponding leadership competence, ideally supplemented by leadership training
- Team orientation as well as high social competence with empathy and assertiveness
- Analytical thinking, resilience and flexibility in dealing with demanding and dynamic situations
