As a leader with overall responsibility for a group practice, you take on a central role for the responsible employees.

Their tasks

• Technical and operational management of the relevant department
• Conducting assessments and treatments of adults from the full spectrum of psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Support in ensuring staffing within the company taking into account efficient provision of services
• Ensuring psychiatric and psychotherapeutic diagnosis and therapy according to the current state of science and the company's quality standards
• Training of assistant doctors in accordance with the training concept (cat. B)

Your profile

• Eidg. recognized specialist for psychiatry and psychotherapy with professional practice in Switzerland
• Certificate of performance in responsible medical profession with proven leadership competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Analytical thinking and understanding of LEAN processes and digitalization
• Secure handling of MS Office and administrative software in the hospital environment
