For our center for child, youth and family in Frauenfeld we are looking for a
We are a large child and adolescent psychiatric care clinic with 64 fully stationary places at the Littenheid site and several outpatient locations. The treatment is carried out across methods in two optionally closed crisis and therapy stations, one open crisis and therapy station, two psychotherapy stations, of which one station with a DBT-A focus, as well as two children's stations. The center has several outpatient locations. The ZKJPP has the full training authorisation for 4 years of category A.
Their tasks You are working in a senior position at the ZKJF Frauenfeld. This includes the supervision of medical and psychological colleagues, the familiarization and guidance of new colleagues, the active participation in further education and training and also the own case management. They actively accompany internal hospital processes such as lean management and are interested in leadership, a good exchange with local institutions and the implementation of new therapeutic offers. You participate as a background doctor in the service of Clienia Littenheid AG.
Your profile They come from Switzerland or are from the EU/EFTA area and enjoy working with children, young people and their families. You are a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, have good integration skills and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team.
