With Clienia Ambulant, the Clienia Group bundles its psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services for the best possible outpatient and day hospital care for mentally ill patients of all ages – at 20 locations from Amriswil to Zurich. Interdisciplinary teams of psychotherapists, nurses and specialists in psychiatry and psychotherapy guarantee comprehensive outpatient treatment methods.
From February 2027, the outpatient psychiatric center Zürichsee in Männedorf will open a department for child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy.
Together with the inpatient unit of Clienia Young in the Clienia Private Clinic Schlössli, the outpatient clinic will receive recognition as a category B training centre (a total of 4 years).
For the Psychiatric Center Lake Zurich (Chief Physician Dr. med. Niklas Brons) we are looking for a
Your tasks You will manage the outpatient clinic professionally and operationally. You will lead a team of assistant doctors and psychologists and supervise the diagnosis and treatment of children, adolescents and their families. You will also train the assistant doctors in accordance with the training concept. You will work closely with the inpatient sector (Clienia Young CLS) and ensure that a treatment chain is maintained. You will network regionally and cantonally with referring physicians and other stakeholders. You will run your own psychiatric and psychotherapeutic cases. You will participate in the emergency service.
Your profile You have the title of specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, several years of management experience as a senior physician and/or senior physician. You are characterized by your participatory leadership style, your integrative characteristics and your service orientation. With your appreciative, resource- and patient-oriented attitude, you make a decisive contribution to the corporate culture. You are interested in academic teaching and continuing medical education as well as the current developments in the field.
