- Completion of administrative and organisational work of the Secretariat Proofread and send all medical reports
- Supporting the medical team in administrative activities
- Telephone contact with internal and external bodies Requirements
- You have completed training to/from dipl.
- Medical secretary and experienced user knowledge in the MS Office programs, KISIM and SAP are advantageous
- Very good knowledge of German in words and writing is mandatory, knowledge of a second language (e/f) is also an advantage
- As a friendly, courteous and service-oriented personality, patient contact gives you great pleasure
- They like to work in a team, have a quick comprehension, flexibility and resilience
