Their tasks
- Administrative management of assigned stations in the stationary area - Administrative care and responsibility of an outpatient area
- Planning and coordination of outpatient appointments in cooperation with doctors
- Regular protocols at the weekly meetings of the ambulatory area
- Formal revision of withdrawal reports and other medical reports
- Administrative and organizational support of involved professional groups, such as processing and sending file requirements, obtaining and clarifying the cost language
- Control and maintenance of digital patient documentation, including scanning
- Turntable function between doctors, psychologists and other internal and external bodies
- deputy duties within the secretarial teams; in the ambulatory, as well as in the stationary area
- Completed medical/commercial training or many years of experience in administration
- Further training as medical/hospital secretary or several years of professional experience in this field
- Knowledge of medical terminology and in-depth IT user knowledge (KISIM, ARTS, MS-Office)
- Impeccable orthography and stylish German in word and writing
