We are looking for an employee immediately or by arrangement for the secretariat of our small but fine clinic.

Reception of our patients and coordination of follow-up appointments at the counter
Administrative preparation of consultation hours

Administrative preparation of consultation hours
Conduct of an initial technical examination including the administration of eye drops to patients
Telephone and written correspondence with patients, doctors and other service providers
Processing of allocations and surgical orders as well as daily mail and inbox
Ordering of special lenses and preparation of invoices Power measurement control Profile:
You have completed training as a merchant / merchant EFZ and / or training as a doctor secretary / doctor secretary
You have ideally already worked in a hospital or a larger practice
You are open to helping shape an innovative and dynamic clinic
You want to actively contribute your experience and knowledge and set new impulses
