Role overview

Your tasks You will support our doctors in the department in administrative, coordinating and organizational tasks.

You will be responsible for planning consultation appointments with the Resource and Activity Planning Program (RAP) and sending the invitations to parents.

You write all kinds of reports using eDictation.

Telephone and email contact with patient parents as well as with internal and external bodies accompany you in your everyday work.

A variety of administrative tasks, either on your own responsibility or as assigned, round off your area of ​​responsibility.

You work all day on Friday, otherwise we are flexible.
