  • Coordination of telephone and email requests including appointment scheduling and recalling patients
  • Scanning of assignments and other patient documentation
  • Consultation assistance in General Surgery, Traumatology, and Proctology (BE, minor surgical interventions, dressings, infiltrations etc. - can be learned with interest and appropriate qualification)
  • Covering for other MPA during absences Your profile
  • Completed vocational training as an MPA or comparable medical basic training with an interest in administrative work or Medical Secretary with an interest in medical activities
  • Professional experience in a similar role
  • Organizational talent with a joy for administrative tasks
  • Good ICT user skills
