Exciting challenges await you
- Reception of patients and ensuring optimal care
- Acceptance of telephone patient concerns during opening hours
- Execution of administrative work (including reporting and performance recording (TARDOC))
- Assistance and assistance in consultation hours and wound care
- Perform laboratory tests and ECGs
- Turntable function between hospital and family doctors
What sets you apart for the job
- Completed training as medical/practice assistant/EFZ
- Some years of professional experience
- Readiness for work assignments exclusively in the evening, weekends and public holidays incl. Holiday representatives (working hours: Mo-Fr 17 - 22.15h, WE and public holidays: 09.30 - 22.15h in shift operation)
- Impeccable knowledge of medical terminology, as well as good MS-Office knowledge
- Negotiation-proof knowledge of German in words and writing, every other foreign language is an advantage
- High level of independence, flexibility and service orientation
