Tasks: For our certified oncology centre, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented specialist for support in the field of tumor documentation and medical data collection.
- Collection and maintenance of oncological case data as well as aftercare data in the tumor documentation software
- Participation in the weekly tumor boards including presentation of cases and support in protocol management
- Control and plausibility check of key figures with those responsible as well as creation of relevant documents for certification and audits
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Collection and collection of documentation-based data from highly specialized medicine (HSM) and medical registries from patient dossiers and medical reports
- Support for financial statements and data processing Requirements
- Completed education and experience in the medical field, ideally in nursing or surgical technique
- Professional experience in oncology is beneficial
- Very good IT user knowledge and a good understanding of data management and database systems
