As a leader with overall professional responsibility for psychiatry in a group practice, you take on a central role for the responsible employees.

Their tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the responsible department
• Conducting assessments and treatments of adults from the full spectrum of psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with psychotherapeutic group practice
• Management of the internal pharmacy according to official specifications
• Management of the Winterthur Training Centre (Cat. B)
• Ensuring psychiatric and psychotherapeutic diagnosis and therapy according to the current state of science and the company's quality standards, taking into account efficient provision of services

Your profile

• Eidg. recognized specialist for psychiatry and psychotherapy with professional practice in Switzerland
• Certificate of performance in responsible medical profession with proven leadership competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Analytical thinking and understanding of LEAN processes and digitalization
• Secure handling of MS Office and administrative software in the hospital environment
