For acute psychiatry for adults at the Winterthur location we are looking for you Senior Doctor 80 - 100% Winterthur Apply now Take over in this key position She assumes the overall responsibility for two of our acute care stations as well as the professional development and management of the consultancy and liaison service (K&L) for social psychiatric homes. You act as a bridge builder. They actively shape the interface between acute psychiatry and long-term care. These are your tasks

• Specialist-therapeutic management and overall responsibility in the management and coordination of two out of five acute care units in close cooperation with the nursing management and the chief physician
• Professional-therapeutic management and further development of the consultancy and liaison service (K&L) for external socio-psychiatric homes
• Ensuring a modern demand-oriented basic care in the acute sector, including the quality assurance system of ipw
• Development and implementation of upcoming care projects of ipw, in coordination with free and municipal providers of all psychiatric care levels
• Member of the departmental management of acute psychiatry for adults and joint responsibility for leadership, quality and communication
• Proven expertise with focus on acute and social psychiatric topics
• Several years of leadership experience in at least a senior position
• Open-minded, professional attitude towards empirical knowledge standards and operationalised treatment measurement
