The Emergency Practice is part of the interdisciplinary Emergency Centre, which provides emergency care for a catchment area of 200,000 inhabitants. Of the approximately 68,000 patients every year, around 17,000 are treated with minor illnesses and injuries in emergency practice. You can expect a versatile and responsible task in our lively emergency environment in 2-shift operation (08:00 – 24:00) – including weekends. Tasks

• The supervision, promotion and support of MPA learners in practical and theoretical training and thus ensures high-quality training. This also included regular training and qualification interviews and support in individual learning processes.
• You look after our patients during their entire stay in the emergency practice
• Your everyday activities include carrying out laboratory analyses in your own laboratory, writing ECGs, taking blood, laying peripheral vein access (PVK) and assisting with wound care.
• Administrative work, such as the organization of the practice and patient documentation, are also part of your tasks

Profile

• You have a completed education as a Med. Practice assistant / practice assistant as well as a skill certificate vocational trainer or trainee. The willingness to acquire it
• You have a flair to organize and keep the overview and calm even in lively situations
• You bring nursing expertise and skills as well as critical and networked thinking
• You convince with your high social and personality competence
