Are you looking for an exciting job in the ambulatory setting? For our team practices at the location Europaallee we are looking for a committed personality immediately or by agreement.
Tasks
- You look after patients in all disciplines from entry to exit.
- You work in tandem with the medical staff at the office.
- You coordinate the office hours management with telephone and mail service and are the contact person for internal and external assignees.
- You are jointly responsible for laboratory management, pharmacy and material management.
- You will assist with smaller, dermatosurgical procedures in the surgery and in the laser room.
- You take over the care and care of the patients in the therapy road.
- You will conduct allergological tests and therapies.
Profile
- Education as a med. Practice assistant (MPA) EFZ or specialist health EFZ
- Professional experience of several years
- Talent for organizing a day of office hours and a careful working method
- Administrative skills and skilled handling of the PC applications MS Office and Kisim
- Very good German communication in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous
- Flexibility and resilience as well as a service-oriented and patient-centered work attitude

About us
The ambulatory center of the Zurich City Hospital on Europaallee is the newest location of the Zurich City Hospital, which focuses on ambulatory medicine. On the ground floor there is a multifunctional surgical tract with two operating rooms and a spacious day clinic. On the first floor, in the practices, we operate a highly modern floor with an interdisciplinary consultation service. In addition to the Institute of Dermatology and Venerology, the medical disciplines ophthalmology, gynecology, hand surgery, urology, proctology, general surgery and nutritional counseling offer consultation hours. The area also includes a therapy route, a surgery, laser treatments and allergological diagnosis.
