- Disassemble, inspect, repair, test, and reassemble mission-critical industrial motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, and related electromechanical equipment used in heavy industry.

Main responsibilities
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, test, and reassemble mission-critical industrial motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, and related electromechanical equipment used in heavy industry.
- Work on high-value rotating equipment serving power, water, mining, manufacturing, semiconductor, aerospace, agriculture, food production, and other industrial markets.
- Inspect and evaluate equipment condition, damage, failure evidence, repair requirements, and serviceability.
- Perform low-voltage and high-voltage electrical diagnostic testing and related electrical inspections on motors and generators.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical problems using test results, inspection findings, drawings, repair history, and hands-on experience.
- Remove, install, fit, adjust, and repair mechanical components during disassembly, reassembly, shop repair, and on-site service.
- Inspect mechanical and electrical components for wear, damage, overheating, tracking, contamination, fit issues, and other repair concerns.
- Measure, verify, and record critical dimensions using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Identify, match-mark, organize, protect, clean, and document parts during teardown and repair.
