In our factory in Dietikon we are looking for the Department Master Data immediately or by appointment an experiencedn, motivatedn and committed*n

What you move with us

In our Master Data department, you are part of a dynamic duo that is responsible for maintaining master data. In this turntable function, you are in close contact with sales, marketing, production, psps, finance and purchasing. What you are moving about with us:

• Creation, further development and optimization of reporting and derivation of possibilities for improvement
• Responsibility for opening new articles, mass mutations and ongoing monitoring and ensuring master data quality
• Analysis, definition and continuous optimization of processes in master data management
• Cooperation in cross-sectoral working groups and implementation of relevant changes in the master data environment
• Management of master data projects and further development of existing solutions, for example in the field of variant configuration
• Central interface function and close cooperation with various business areas
• Preparation of documentation and training documents and implementation of appropriate training

What We Want

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the master data area
• Very good SAP knowledge, especially in S/4HANA, as well as a safe handling of MS Office and strong Excel knowledge
• High affinity for numbers and processes and a good understanding of cross-cutting processes
• Self-employed, structured and committed working methods with the ability to organise their own tasks reliably even in intensive phases
• Open, communicative and reliable personality with a fast understanding and joy of working with internal interfaces
• Stylish German knowledge in word and writing
• Knowledge in the food industry and experience in project work are beneficial
