Market Team Head - Singapore and Malaysia — UBS

Are you a leader and motivator with strategic, problem solving and solution-oriented thinking? Do you have a proven track record in High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client coverage? We’re looking for a Market Team Head for our Global Wealth Management business. We are looking for someone to: • head a desk comprising our private bankers known as Client Advisors (CAs) • to help the CAs build, establish and grow long-term client relationships • develop team members across all aspects including helping the team provide trusted advice to clients drawing on expertise from across our global organization • manage the team's needs, risk management issues and ensure the delivery of the entire suite of our bank's products and solutions • help the team identify potential HNW/UHNW clients and coordinate cross-bank coverage for the clients • ensure compliance guidelines are strictly adhered to when interacting with clients and prospects. Comply with all regulations, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture • break down barriers and overcome operational bottlenecks to ensure a flawless client experience
