• You combine your professional experience with real commitment to people and want to shape the institutional fundraising of our foundation from the ground up? At Pigna, we take care of people with disabilities with heart and professionalism. We support, support, care and care. For this purpose, we offer 148 living places in various forms of living as well as 175 protected workplaces. In addition, 90 seats are available in the day care center. As of 1 November 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a FACHPERSON MEDIUM PROCUREMENT (50%) (F/M/D) Focus Foundation Fundraising Your area of responsibility
• Development of a structured endowment management as well as medium-term development of a structured legacy program, development of a culture of appreciation and long-term retention of sponsors
• Systematic research and qualification of relevant funding foundations (regional and national), as well as identification of companies from the region and establishing relationships for a partnership, establishing a donor journey and ensuring reporting and accounting
• Preparation and submission of grant applications in consultation with departmental and management
• Active thinking, which existing and future offers for funding foundations could be interesting
• Analysis of rejection and feedback for continuous application optimization
• Cooperation with the communication managers in the implementation of the communication strategy with a clear focus on fundraising
• Training in marketing / business administration / project management and further education in fundraising (e.g. ZHAW, CEPS Basel or comparable)
• Obligatory at least 2-3 years of professional experience in fundraising in the NPO area and proven experience in preparing grant applications to foundations as well as project reports
• proficiency in German (mother tongue or C2); Knowledge of French and English is advantageous (for relationship management with international support partners from the region)
• High performance and social competence, as well as enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Experience in managing promotional relationships
• Experience in the social sector and connection with the region Zurich Unterland/Glattal is a clear plus
