What will you do • Rapid and professional correction of faults and plant downtimes during shift operation • Monitoring of plant elements and proactive action in accordance with Service Level Agreements • Implementation and coordination of planned maintenance and maintenance work • Creation and optimization of maintenance plans in cooperation with maintenance planning • Ensuring quality standards and continuous improvement by identifying vulnerabilities • Ensuring the safety, availability and reliability of installations • Collaboration in commissionings, conversions, maintenance and cross-departmental projects • Support, training and professional guidance of employees
- Occasional work at height and thus safe application of PSAgA
Working hours
- Basic working hours in the shift model between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. in 2 shifts
- Readiness for occasional special missions (e.g. Saturday, Sunday and night)
Who you are
- Completed technical training in the field of automation, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable and completed further training as a maintenance specialist (Federal School) or comparable qualification
- Mind. 5 years of experience in the maintenance of production plants and thus skilled in troubleshooting and troubleshooting of PLC controls (Beckhoff of advantage)
- Good knowledge of industrial networks and experience in ICT infrastructure, Windows systems and network components
- Experience in 2nd-level support or a comparable technical support function is an advantage
- Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics is advantageous
- Experience in direct customer contact and strong service orientation
- Very good German (minimum B2) and good English skills (minimum B1)
