YOUR TASKS

• Identification of needs and investment planning for the assigned medical technology categories and definition of requirements in cooperation with the Department of Procurement Therapy and Clinics from a TCO point of view
• Coordination and conduct of negotiation processes as well as the preparation of draft decisions and contracts / framework contracts
• Overall supervision of the procurement process for the assigned categories (requests, evaluation, offers comparisons and invoice release)
• Professional and efficient project management as well as commercial control and control tasks (concept and decision basis - creation, deadlines, costs and quality) for the assigned categories
• Close cooperation with various stakeholders of the Hirslanden Group

Your profile

• Completed technical (specialised) university studies or a comparable educational degree, preferably in the field of medical technology
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing
• Networked, process-oriented and entrepreneurial work and thinking
• A sense of duty and a high level of service orientation
• Very good MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge of advantages
• Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French is advantageous
