YOUR TASKS
- Assumption of defined nursing tasks within the framework of the defined competence profile and on delegation of the Dipl. Care professionals
- Ensuring patient-oriented care in accordance with our quality standards and the care process
- Ensuring the housekeeping, administrative and logistical tasks on the bed department taking into account the hospital's internal requirements and framework conditions
- Cooperation in projects in consultation with the management
- Assistance in the introduction and support of new employees and learners
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in health
- First experience in an acute hospital
- High organisational and communication skills as well as customer orientation
- Resistance and flexibility (shift work)
- Good knowledge of German (word and writing), every other national language and English is advantageous
