Tasks

• Operational management and responsibility for the entire operation

• Active participation in the service as a committed host personality

• Development and implementation of measures to achieve business objectives

• Personnel deployment planning including cost and hour control

• Planning and implementation of all actions, events and promotional measures

• Responsibility for cost and budget control and ordering

• Leadership, development and promotion of the team

• Completion of administrative tasks such as Accounting, monthly accounts and inventories

• Ensure, implement and control hygiene and safety directives

Requirements

• Completed training or study in catering, hotel, business administration or a comparable field of study

• Several years of leadership experience in the gastronomy or hotel industry

• Experience in operational management as well as in the strategic development of a company

• Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking

• Strong leadership and decision-making capacity

• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working method

• Sovereign and professional approach towards guests, employees and business partners

• Knowledge of German at C1 level in word and writing is a prerequisite, other languages are a plus
