- Operational management and responsibility for the entire operation
- Active participation in the service as a committed host person
- Development and implementation of measures to achieve business objectives
- Personnel deployment planning incl. Cost and hour control
- Planning and implementation of all actions, events and sales promotion measures
- Responsibility for cost and budget control as well as ordering
- Management, further development and promotion of the team
- Completion of administrative tasks such as e.g.
- Invoicing, monthly financial statements and inventories
- Ensuring, implementing and controlling the hygiene and occupational safety guidelines Requirements
