Company and context
- Responsibility for the organization and control of the workshop as well as for the professional and timely order processing according to specifications
- Partially productive cooperation in the workshop with focus on mechanical and electronic diagnoses
- Leadership of the workshop on the basis of relevant key figures as well as responsibility for achieving goals in relation to quality and performance objectives
- Professional and personnel management of the workshop team (3 employees and 2 learners) incl. actively accompanying learners in their training and promoting the development of the entire workshop team
- Independent processing and solving of technically demanding special cases
- Active technical support of the team in complex mechanical and electronic diagnostic and repair work
- Close cooperation with customer service, spare parts warehouse and internal interfaces
- Implementation of quality controls of the work carried out Your profile
- Completed training as an automotive diagnostician or trained automotive mechatronics engineer in ongoing training as an automotive diagnostician
- Initial leadership experience in the workshop environment or willingness to take the step into a leadership role (e.g. as assistant workshop manager, team leader or workshop coordinator)
