Karl Waechter AG has stood for sanitary and heating installations in the Zurich region for more than 100 years. As part of BKW Building Solutions AG, we support private customers, companies and the public sector from consulting to maintenance with around 50 employees.

Your tasks

• You assume overall responsibility for the further development, growth and strategic and operational orientation of our company to ensure success, profitability and competitiveness.
• You represent our company externally, actively maintain our network and work on the market to acquire new projects. You will successfully position Karl Waechter AG in the market, identify new business opportunities and tap into sustainable growth potential.
• You will sustainably expand our customer base, develop long-term customer relationships and work closely with clients, architects, suppliers and your team.
• You develop and consistently implement growth strategies.
• You lead projects in the area of heating and sanitary facilities (residential construction, commercial & services) and are responsible for all project phases from consulting and planning to budgeting to implementation and completion.

You bring that with you

• You bring a completed technical or commercial education and ideally have a business education.
• You have several years of management experience in a HVAC, building technology or crafts environment as well as demonstrable success in corporate development and employee management.
• You have profound knowledge in the HVAC area as well as in the service and project business, think entrepreneurially, recognize market opportunities and understand how to successfully combine growth, customer orientation and profitability.
• You convince with strong communication and leadership skills and are able to motivate, develop and lead employees through change.
• You think entrepreneurially, work analytically and structured, act in a solution-oriented and decision-making manner and are ready to be on the road in the region and to accompany projects on site.
