Location: Bern Pensum: 80-100% Our multidisciplinary Tax & Accounting team provides integrated consulting services in the areas of tax, accounting and trust. We help our customers – from innovative startups to large international corporations – to optimize their financial structures and meet regulatory requirements safely. As a manager, you play a key role: You lead projects, develop customized solutions and are a trusted partner for our customers. Based in Bern or Zurich, you will support our team in developing tailor-made solutions that combine and deepen your expertise in accounting, tax law and trust. So you can make a difference.
• Varied everyday work with diverse trust aspects and problems
• Restructuring & Ruling Requests: Complex Tax Optimizations and Public Service Communication
• Tax Compliance & Financial Statements: Strategic Tax Planning and Accounting
• Due Diligence: Financial and tax valuations of M&A transactions
• International projects with clients from different industries and jurisdictions
• Interdisciplinary cooperation on projects with colleagues from transfer pricing, legal, management consulting, audit, tax technology, and other specialists
• Central role as a manager in the participation, coordination and control of the delivery of high-quality services
• Mentoring and development of junior professionals
• Building and maintaining customer relationships

• Dipl. Trust Expert, Dipl. Tax Expert, Dipl. Accountants or equivalent recognised financial statements in the field of accounting or taxation
• Several years of professional experience in trust, tax consulting or auditing
• Customer Orientation: Ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way and build customer relationships
• Leadership skills: Motivation and development of teams
• Very good knowledge of German and English
