Role overview
Location: Zurich Work Pattern Percentage: 80-100% Help our clients successfully manage global challenges As a Manager in the Tech M&A cohort of our Deal Transformation practice, you will advise corporate and private equity clients on the technology dimension of their most important transactions.
Technology has become one of the defining value drivers in M&A—it shapes deal theses, influences valuation, creates integration and separation complexity, and ultimately determines how value is protected and delivered after close.
With AI accelerating change across industries, you will help clients translate technology opportunities, risks and disruption into informed deal decisions and sustainable business value. How you will make an impact

Application process
- Technology due diligence : Lead assessments of technology landscapes, applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, operating models and technology spend to identify deal-relevant risks and opportunities.
- Technology strategy and value creation : Advise clients on technology strategy, AI impact, operating model design and value creation opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Technology integrations and carve-outs : Lead technology integration and separation planning, including Day 1 readiness, TSA considerations, target-state design and execution roadmaps.
- Technology cost and synergy analysis : Assess technology costs, investment requirements, synergies and execution complexity while working closely with financial and commercial deal teams.
- Client leadership : Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, private equity investors and technology leaders, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Who we are looking for
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex business and technology challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate technology topics into executive-level business insights.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university.
