Application process
- Analysis, classification and resolution of hardware problems, office applications, SAPs and servers, including tracking and solution of computer problems with subsequent customer feedback
- Active cooperation in migration and rollout projects
- Installation and commissioning of IT systems for administration and logistics,new shops and renovations of the points of sale
- Execution of translations from German to Italian (Newsline, training materials, etc.) in accordance with the specific computer terminology Requirements
- Comprehensive computer training (technical or equivalent degree) with several years of experience in the fields indicated and in the management of IT specialists.
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware (PCs, printers, networks, tablets, smartphones, etc.) and software (Windows 10, MS Office 365, etc.) with a structured and independent approach
- Availability at the picket service (7x24), working out of time (06.00-22.00) and on Saturday, possession of the B license and availability to travel regularly to Gossau (SG)
- Excellent mastery of the Italian and German language, both in the writing and in the speech.
