Description
In Transaction Services you will be at the forefront of our client's M&A activity and lead projects and multidisciplinary, first in class teams. We are looking for a motivated team player who can help us deliver outstanding client projects and advance our team. A career within the Deals Transaction Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value with their M&A activities. We focus on evaluating M&A projects in due diligence, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large-scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of areas.
- Help our clients with dedicated support for transactions in a wide variety of industries and circumstances (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures & structured investments).
- Work across the areas of buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance and vendor due diligence, deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.
