- Leading and implementing multidisciplinary projects to help clients assess and ensure the applicability and impact of cybersecurity laws and regulations.
- Implement legal and regulatory obligations into resilient cyber (risk) strategies, governance and risk management models, policies, control frameworks, target operational models and risk-based implementation plans.
- Development and review of end-to-end cybersecurity compliance programs, including regulatory requirements inventories, commitment and control allocation, responsibility models, demonstration, control review, problem and remediation management, metrics, reporting and monitoring regulatory framework changes.
- Conduct regulatory readiness assessments, regulatory compliance and maturity assessments.
- Support customers in implementation, testing and independent review.
- All this to make our customers more resilient and stronger.
- Advising and reviewing clients on the skills required by applicable regulatory frameworks, including cybersecurity risk management, incident response and regulatory reporting, third-party security and supply chain security, vulnerability management, secure product development, business continuity and management oversight.
- Moderation of workshops and information events with board members, management and stakeholders from the areas of law, compliance, risk, IT, security, product development and technology in order to translate complex regulatory and technical issues into clear decisions and measures.
