Your impact

As a manager: in the Strategy & Transformation Team, you work together with leading national and international organizations from different industries. Together with your team, you will develop strategies and concepts along the entire value chain – from business and operational models to technology and digital strategies and transformation programs. You lead (sub)projects, manage interdisciplinary teams and act as an interface between customers, partners and internal stakeholders. You work closely with colleagues from different consulting areas and use the expertise of our global network to develop and implement holistic solutions. In addition, you take on an inner role, promote the development of your colleagues and actively contribute to an open, collaborative team culture. Through training, you will continuously deepen your methodological, leadership and industry competence. In projects, you analyze complex questions of our customers, structure problems and develop strategic solutions with sustainable added value. Typical topics are:

• Development of corporate, business and digital strategies
• Redesign of business and operating models
• Planning and implementation of transformation and change programs
• Support for M&A initiatives, carve-outs and portfolio strategies
• Optimization of organizations, processes and value chains
• Use of data, analytics and new technology for decision support

You are responsible for the results of your projects, ensure quality as well as budget and deadlines and present results at C-level. In addition, you actively support the acquisition of new projects, develop offers and further expand existing customer relationships.

Your skill set

• Academic background: Above-average university studies (Master, MBA or PhD) in Economics, (Economic) Informatics, (Economic) Engineering, Natural or Social Sciences, Statistics/Data Science or a comparable subject area.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in a top strategy consultancy or in responsible corporate functions, ideally with a focus on strategy, transformation, digitalization or performance improvement. Experience in managing projects as well as in offering development and project acquisition.
• International experience: foreign experience through study or profession and safe movement in international and intercultural contexts.
• Communication Strength: Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English. Ability to clearly prepare complex content and present it convincingly in front of decision-making and leadership bodies.
• Analytical competence: Strong analytical skills and structured working methods with the ability to quickly capture complex issues and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Digital Affinity: Secure in use with common tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and open to modern data analysis and AI tools
• Knowledge of data processing, statistical software or programming languages is an advantage.
• Personal profile: High initiative, sense of responsibility and team orientation. Strong customer orientation and aspiration to achieve a sustainable impact on customers.
