The Marketing & Communications Directorate contributes to the positive image and economic success of the Migros Group. The photo studio, as part of this directorate, primarily produces the photographic content to promote the wide range of products for the entire Migros universe.

Mansioni

• Organization and coordination of photo orders for the internal photo studio of Migros, according to internal specifications
• Coordination of shootings with internal clients as well as internal and external partners
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information and timely order processing
• Administrative support of orders, data maintenance and billing
• Support for the organization of photo productions and the optimization of processes and processes

Requirements

• Professional experience: in a coordinative or administrative function
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in the commercial sector or comparable training
• Strong organisational talent as well as a very precise and structured working method
• Rapid comprehension and the ability to quickly identify connections and think in a networked way
• High IT affinity and secure handling of digital systems, processes and Microsoft Office applications
• Good feeling for image quality, design and graphical relationships
• Experience in project management
