Role overview

MAIN TASKS In your role, you are responsible for the design, implementation, control and implementation and administration of group-wide HR projects and processes in personnel and organizational development.

Here you work in close coordination with the HR departments of the international Geberit locations.

Your focus is in particular on

• Further development and implementation of Group-wide talent management
• Conception and implementation of development programs for managers and employees
• Supervision and active design of the university network Unitech within Geberit ## PROFILE You bring a completed degree (business administration or similar) as well as several years of experience as an HR business partner or personnel developer in an international industrial environment.

In addition, the following characteristics and abilities characterize you:

• Proven international project management experience
• Strategically thinking as well as implementation- and organization-strong personality
• Strong conceptual skills coupled with pragmatic action
• Motivated team player with pleasure in transnational cooperation
