The Security Directorate includes the Cantonal Police of Zurich, the Road Traffic Office, the Migration Office, the Office for Military and Civil Protection, the Cantonal Social Office, the Sports Office and the General Secretariat with its central enforcement tasks and the Recourse Department.

- You have a tertiary education in administrative science, law, business informatics or business administration (or equivalent).
- You bring experience in the digitization of processes, services or communication channels.
Key requirements
- You have a tertiary education in administrative science, law, business informatics or business administration (or equivalent).
- You bring experience in the digitization of processes, services or communication channels.
- Ideally, you have a good understanding of process design, business analysis, stakeholder management and service-oriented design.
- You work analytically, conceptually and independently, communicate appropriately to the addressee and bring experience in accompanying transformation projects.
- You are familiar with the cooperation at the interface between departments, IT and operations.
