- Supporting companies and private equity funds in national and international M&A transactions across all phases of the deal lifecycle
- Analysis and classification of valuation-relevant tax aspects with a focus on purchase price mechanics, including within the framework of tax due diligence, EV-to-equity bridge, net debt, management incentive plans and SPA negotiations
- Conception of sustainable, cash flow-effective financing and acquisition structures as well as tax support for the integration of Target companies in existing group structures
- Overall responsibility for M&A projects including project management, quality assurance and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
- Professional and personal management of employees as well as active promotion of their further development in project and day-to-day business
- Establishment and further development of your own customer portfolio by helping to design innovative deal value propositions in the PwC ONE Deals team and their positioning in the market
- Master's degree in banking & finance, business administration or economics as well as qualification as a Swiss tax expert
- Several years of professional experience in the national and international corporate tax advice, ideally with a strong focus on M&A
- Confident understanding of the interface between taxes, valuation, financing and legal framework conditions
- Structured, analytical way of working as well as high resilience in complex and time-critical transaction situations
- Very good communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues clearly, in an appropriate and commercial manner
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team and customer orientation as well as a long-term development and leadership perspective
