We are looking for a new team member who will take us as a management intern: in per 01. August 2026 supported. We are looking for you for a 6-month cadre internship as part of the hotel school temporarily until 31. January 2027. Your area of activity:

• Administrative and organizational support in operation support as well as for the COO gastronomy and the operation directors
• Project management with management of smaller projects as well as cooperation and support in ongoing projects
• Interface work with mandate managers and specialist departments such as marketing, quality management, people & culture, etc.
• Planning, organisation and coordination of meetings, workshops and internal events
• Planning and organisation of introductions at cadre level
• Definition, optimization and revision of central processes in gastronomy
• Creating internal national communications in German and French Your strengths:
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (commercial field of advantage) or Matura
• Suitable as a 6-month training as part of the hotel school
• Operational professional experience in gastronomy is advantageous
• Advanced knowledge in the MS Office range
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• French / Italian / English is advantageous
• Flexible personality with a strong service orientation
